Mugg Bean - Gaborone

The service in this place is terrible. They are understaffed, the waiters are clearly trying to do their best but they are just not enough to cover all the customers. Food runs out before ordering. Even when you finally get the food, the waiting time is absurdly long! ‍‍‍

The food and coffee were delicious, and I really enjoyed my meal. However, I felt that my order took a long time to arrive. It might have been due to the airport being busy with more customers when I visited. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the restaurant overall.

The service was disappointing. There were only two tables occupied, yet we waited over 45 minutes just to place our order. The management team really needs to step in, or this could harm the restaurant's reputation.

The food here is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The waitress added an extra 100 pula to my bill for items that were not mine. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and truly disappointing! I recommend checking your bill carefully before paying. I usually swipe my card without looking, but after this experience, I'll be much more vigilant.

Delicious food, just like at every other Mugg and Bean location. I deducted one star because there was one occasion when they didn’t have any food available to serve.
