Pizzeria Tre Pini - GABICCE MARE

6 out of 5 stars. It's cute. It's peaceful. We adored the Italian hospitality and the eye for style of the owners. Within an area of hotel overabundance, this garden-like space is the place to be.

Tucked away from the main road, a gem of a restaurant, lovely friendly staff who coped with our poor Italian admirably, fantastic authentic pizza, and an unparalleled sea food risotto. Top Mark's.

This place, restaurant and pizzeria, has a beautiful history. Although we don 't know the details, we do know that it opened about a year ago because from a framed letter dated March 2022 from the owner 's previous employers, they wished him luck with the plunge. Evidently It 's about time ! We took the nassa menu which is a first course: cold appetizer, spaghetti chitarra with cuttlefish ink with zucchini, seasoned ricotta shrimp, fish skewers, strozzapreti with mantis shrimp. We distinctly felt each ingredient which stood out above all for the freshness and simplicity of the recipe. We didn 't wait, the times were perfect and everyone was very helpful and kind. My daughter was given colors and designs just crafted by the restaurant. At the end they bring her little bottles of limoncello and lacrima nera. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor space, two internal rooms: one with a sea theme and one with a theater theme. The owner is beaming with joy and we wish him and his staff much success and keep it that way. Good wind!

Absolutely recommended. We ate pizza: nothing to say, an excellent pizza!! Pleasant location, good vibes. Courteous and efficient table service. The owner, passionate about his craft, is interested in the customer and in human contact (and not just in the relationship between the account and the wallet). Well done: keep going
