La Nuova Dolce Vita - GABICCE MARE

We had quite good pizzas, but the salad was not so tasty. We waited for a waiter to come to order some desserts (which looked home-made and nice) but after fifteen minutes we were fed up and just decided to leave. Otherwise, i would have given a 4 for the food. I think this restaurant is typical of the sea front restaurants that you mostly find in the area. I recommend to take the car and drive a few miles away to find some more «family-minded» restaurants. Nevertheless, the prices were really more than correct.

Good to get to restaurant early in the evening as it gets really busy, food amazing and very good value. All the staff very pleasant and the Chef made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend if your in the area.

We had a quick lunch here, pizza margarita. The food was lovely, came quick as we were in a bit of rush, and the waiter spoke English. He even helped us find the right bus stop, followed us out on the street and made sure we knew what bus we had to take. A customer service like that you have to look long for in this area!

Very poor quality of food veal escalopes were thick, tough and uneatable..sympathetic waitress reported to Madame who nevertheless dispensed the bill with sullen disregard to politeness or justice..a most disagreeable memory from a delightful town

Black paste of cuttlefish and clams a delight, as well as the hot and cold sea appetizer. to repeat.
