Great service. Beer excellent (amber ale), bison burger and hamburger excellent. Loved the homemade chips.

Just ok. The service was good. The beer was pretty good. I got a Gose to the Mountain. The fried chicken sandwich was tough. I wouldn't get it again. The potato chips had a good flavor, but they were soft and more like a big flat home fry. Then some of the chips were crunchy like you would expect. The ale house burger was ok, but nothing special. The prices are high and it is kind of a tourist trap.

Perfect spot for lunch after a nice hike during the holiday weekend. I didn't research eateries in the Blowing Rock area so literally stumbled in. I ordered their Ahi Tuna sandwich which was prepared medium just as I like it. I also tried their Chocolate Porter with a splash of Midnight Raspberry, suggested by my waitress which was yummy. Service was great as well as their outdoor patios/tables, also added to the experience. Give it a try if you're in the area!

Blowing Rock Brewery is a fun place to grab a drink and dinner. It's a great atmosphere with locals and tourists having a great time. Linden Stokes and John McManus are among our favorite servers very nice, patient and knowledgeable. If you're spending time in Blowing Rock don't miss this place!
