Hibachi Grill And Supreme Buffet

Been to this buffet for over 10 years.After today experience I will never take my family to back. We have 4 people.Everything was good as usual until i ask for the bill. I paid the bill with my credit card and the waiter bring back the receipt asking for tip and signature. I put down $2 tip; you can said I am cheap but to me tip should be optional and it should be up to the customer on the amount and if they willing to give at all. The receipt clearly want 15% tip and I did not. The waiter came back and took the receipt and moment he was upset about the $2 tip. He bring back the receipt and ask is that it? I said yes, he got pissed and toss the receipt on the table back to me and said he don't want it if it's only $2. He assumed I have to tip him at least 15% because he refilled water and pick the dirty plates. The amount of pressured this buffet put on their customers to tip was outrageous and it's not the first time I saw it happen to other people too. I will not come back here again.

Only a short wait for a busy Sunday evening. Food is always very good with so much selection. My favorite is the Coconut Shrimp, the Potstickers and Black Pepper Chicken. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of maintenance on this property. The booths have big cracks in them, the floor looks like it needs a good scrubbing. The interior of the restaurant has greatly deteriored in the few years but the buffet prices have still increased. Also the grill has been closed for sometime now without any explanation.

This is a real good place to go for lunch. I love their fryed squid. There soups are good. All other food also good. The reason I gave them a 4 on food is their sushi. It is lacking. The service is typical Chinese (a bit cold for my liking). They don't have their hibachi open yet. I don't know if they ever will. That is too bad.

Got food poisoning here definitely not going back any time soon
