Whoever Bobby is needs fired!!! Just wow! Rude and nasty worst penn station I’ve ever been to!

Location has been clean everytime I've visited, subs made fresh, typically place my order online and pickup however the times I have gone in I'm taken care of quickly. Never had any issues with staff. Recommend: chicken parm with everything 8/10 overall I would reccomend

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the steak was so tough It's like they cooked it in one big chunk on one side and never chopped it up while cooking it

This the worst penn station I’ve been to. The service was terrible. One of the employees made me think I was crazy with my simple veggie order. And stuffed it with too much veggies which made the bread too soggy and nasty.

Cashier gave me dirty look when I was confused about how menu/prices worked, didn’t guide me on how to order and fries were terrible. Bad costumer service. (New customer)
