This restaurant has improved a lot in recent years! The restaurant is luxurious and fresh, decent staff and good food! Nice view if you sit outside, however it may be difficult to find parking on the more popular days. We visited Restaurant Fyrydden on 2023 07 24 and were so disappointed. Sure, it 's more or less a summer restaurant, but with that menu and those prices, you expect something better. The room is stiff and crowded. Too few textiles and sound dampening elements in the environment mean that you can barely hear what your partner is saying. We had their Skadjursrøra on dark bread for a starter, SEK 139. It was very good, but the price should have been SEK 89. If it had been a larger Toast Skagen on sourdough bread with salad for lunch, SEK 139 would have been ok. But the most disastrous were the main courses. We chose the following Cod loin with parsley and lemon potatoes, beetroot sauce flavored with blue mussel and smoked pork side SEK 259 Trout fillet with ducesse potatoes, summer primroses and seafood sauce topped with prawns SEK 259 Both cooked too long. Almost mushy. Of the cod dish, there was only taste in the pork. Redingen 's summer starters are frozen vegetables. The Ducess potatoes (1 large) were so hard on the surface that you thought you had fish bones in your mouth.
