ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I have so much to say about this place, but it would take weeks to fully express my frustration. This restaurant, owned by H&S Restaurants Ltd (a nightmare franchisee), is severely understaffed with young employees earning minimum wage. The managers are constantly stressed due to staff cutbacks, resulting in chaos every day. The service is terrible, with customers leaving angry and frustrated. The culture at McDonald's is to ignore customer needs, leading to constant mistakes and missing items in orders. Delivery orders are often ignored in favor of Drive-thru and Counter service. The top management is to blame for the poor service and cold food being served to customers. Delivery drivers like myself are left waiting for long periods of time, earning very little after expenses. It's a disgraceful situation, and I urge H&S to invest more in their payroll to improve service standards. It's clear that both customers and staff are suffering in this establishment.
The restaurant cancelled my Just Eat order after a two-hour wait. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no communication with Just Eat at all. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Went once before and it was cold, thought to give it another go, cold again . I live within half a mile of the restaurant and drove back with the order on quiet roads . Food not good being almost completely cold. How do they do this? Quite a lot of money these days for poor quality.
For the second time in 2 weeks my order was lacking items; no brownie and no filet-of-fish. Only discovered when back at home. Too expensive to have items missing! Won’t go there again.
