Dào Rén Fáng - Futtsu

I had a very delicious soba noodles. Both the 80% and 100% buckwheat noodles were delicious. The tempura was also fried to perfection.

The restaurant has a lovely high ceiling with a wooden interior. We waited for a table by the spacious entrance facing the large lawn, enjoying the pleasant breeze. The hand-made soba noodles were very refreshing. The tempura was crispy, and the shrimp was juicy and delicious. The spicy daikon radish soba noodles were also excellent. The soba broth was delicious too.

The restaurant's beautiful garden with lush green grass is wonderful! The stylish interior gives a comfortable feeling. I tried the large serving of duck soup and it was delicious, just as everyone had said, the soba noodles and broth were also wonderfully tasty! It's a bit lonely that they don't offer rice dishes. I wish they had onigiri at least. This is definitely a place I will come back to.
