O Alambique - Fundão

That is a hotel restaurant. we went to dinner in the middle of the week and it was full. the decor is very traditional and old-fashioned, and full of people it seems more like a tasca than the very good restaurant it really is. but we have renewed the restaurant throughout the hotel. so it was a little disappointing. But eating was very good. we asked for a rice with fish and garnel. very tasty and well served. the deserts were also good and the recommended wein was perfectly matched with the eating. the personal was amazing. very warm and helpful. the restaurant has a great potential, but it requires a cozy facility, with comfortable chairs and less lärm.

We though that the restaurant was renewed as the whole hotel was. So it was a little disappointing. However, food was very good. We asked for a Rice with fish and shrimps. Very taste and well served. The deserts were also good and the recommended wine was perfectly matching with the food.T he staff was amazing. Very cordial and helpful. The restaurant has great potential but it demands a cosy decor, with comfortable chairs and less noise.

It was a really nice experience .. we were there many times with family or friends, but this time we celebrated our anniversary and it was perfect in every way
