Local Madeira - Funchal

El aparcar se hace un poco complicado puesto que el parking que tienen es muy pequeño y hay muchísimos coches de alquiler por la zona. El resto genial, no tenemos ninguna queja. Cambio de toallas todos los días, 3 pastillas de jabón, sobres de champú/gel corporal, gorro de ducha, secador, , cuerda para tender la ropa... Nosotros cogimos habitación con terraza y vistas al mar y nuestra habitación tenía la terraza con vistas al mar y otra terraza que daba a la parte trasera del hotel. La terraza cuenta con una mesa y dos sillas.

Ótima localização, staf muito atencioso, pequeno almoço com qualidade. É de elogiar a iniciativa de parabenizarem o meu marido com o ato surpresa de colocarem uma garrafa de champanhe e duas flutes no quarto.

Funcionários simpáticos, boa comida e limpo. É um prazer lidar com eles.

Hotel em uma boa posição e funcionários muito simpáticos no hotel.

I’ve never been to a hotel with such low cleaning standards. We found lots of ants in our room. Then I requested to change a room, the staff are really helpful with that(*This is probably the only good impression I got from this hotel, All of them try their best to help you* . We got a new room the second day, finally no ants, but then we still found many places weren't clean well, and the shower doesn't have a curtain, so whenever you shower, you always make a big mess. Read through the previous reviews, I think it depends on different rooms, but still, it's unbearable to miss such standard things in your room. The hotel really needs to improve the room design in this aspect and have a better cleaning standards. It's such a shame when the staff service is pretty good while the bad cleaning standards could cause many potential problems.
