Taco Bell - Fultonville

In all honesty the customer service was amazing but I ordered two chicken chalupas and a hard beef taco I received two beef chalupas and one beef taco the odd thing about it is everything was wet the chalupa breading was wet and Soggy so was the taco look like water I had no idea what it was but I wasn't satisfied and I didn't eat it so overall customer service was great presentation I'm not looking for a Gourmet Taco but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be crunchy not soft

Ordered a number 6 which is chicken chalupa they gave me beef in a chalupa wrap

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Service and food was 10/10. Chicken for cantina tacos was fresh and by far the best 5 layer I think I?ve ever tasted. This location deserves a higher rating.

Tried this place 3 times, each time they managed to mess up the order, forgetting items, tacos that are soaking wet, last time I got the pleasure of watching an employee scream at a customer from the drive through window. DONT EVEN TRY TO GET FOOD HERE.

It was horrible service, We are about 6 to 7 things and they got 4 wrong. wow are you serious? this is ridiculous. I got sauce on my special order that I said I wanted only chicken on, they totally forgot the nachos, they didn?t give me the Pepsi I paid for and last but not least the cinnamon twists were horrible. now we?re at home starving and just have the bagel bites. ???? but the pilot itself is pretty good!
