Przekaż informację zwrotnąFirst impressions are important. When we asked if we were at the right table, the big guy who works rudely told my family to stop. The server was nice, but asked if we were willing to order, although they had not given us any menus (high mistakes, so no big mistake). The restaurant was so cold that we had to leave before we had ordered ourselves because my four-year-old was miserable. On the way out, the big guy just stood in the way and we had to walk around him to go. Just didn't feel comfortable at this point. Too bad because we hoped to make it a family tradition when we visited Alabama.
You're terrible. I told my food kimani it was just a minute. And older lady and her grandson were there before I put my order. Two other groups came and they got their orders before I order and the older lady who was there before I was there. The lady went out and one of the staff commented I wasn't to black customers and giggled. His now 2:40 and my order was not yet cooked and when it was cooked it was wrong. I've been getting my food at 3:00, after I've been there since 1:40. I will always do service
No employee even confirmed us after 30 minutes. So we left. Customers next to us ordered, ate and paid within the 30 minutes timeframe. 6 workers in the restaurant and no one spoke to us. And we sat at the bar. It's ridiculous.
Why is it that this place with a certain chef closes the interior and only takes orders??? My husband said the cook did it all the time.... It strikes my mind that ppl do what they want to know... SMH!!!!
Super nice staff, but every single surface was grimy and sticky, including the salt shakers. Ladies room was filthy but BF said mens room was fine. Food was fine. The place just needs a good cleaning.
