Bojangles - Fultondale

Absolute mull service. never really sure if they are open because they take forever to even recognize them on the journey through. when they answer the drive through the chicken sandwich, rock is hard as if it sat under a heat lamp since the day before.

They don't know how to get an order correct...looked at my order..wrong 3 times in drive thru 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. Manager offers no apology..I asked for a refund..she could care less. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Pulled up to the drive through at 6pm on a Saturday. No one was there. The doors were locked. No signage to let customers know everyone just gone. Website says open til 8pm.

Came at 8:00pm on a Thursday and sat at the drive through for a good 5-10 minutes, no answer. Then we drove by the window to see if anyone was in there and they were just standing around talking. Wonderful service guys.

Went Saturday they were closed at 3pm. Went tonight they were “closed” but had employees inside. Horrible service when they are open. New management needed.
