Mcdonald's - Fulshear

This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. Meat is always burnt, 99 percent they’re always missing something from your order. They barely put ketchup or mustard on your burgers. Indoor seating is dirty. Manager doesn’t care about customers complaints. Indoor drinks never have carbonations. All around it’s the worst in Fulshear!

Working in the service industry. Act as if you love your job not hate it. Your energy rubs people the wrong way. If you don't like your job leave.....

The employee does not understand English, it’s always a struggle to order in drive through. Because of this the drive through line is slow and takes longer time to get the order.

Worst service ever. It took over 40 minutes just to get my order. And then it wasn't even right. They do need better management At this location.

This place was too crowded. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our food. Never have I waited this long in McDonald's. Also they ran out of ketchup, I really don't understand how McDonald's can run out of ketchup.
