A little more expensive than McDonald's, but tastes good

Been coming here for years. Loved this place, but had a terrible experience lately with not getting ranch two separate times. Will not be coming back

Went with my Friday special Santa Barbara char with the side Caesar

My burger with Portobello mushrooms was extremely wet soggy. I asked for no onions yet it had grilled onions mixed in with the heavy sauce. (Which made the onions difficult to remove with my fingers. Even the cheese was melted and runny. I find that asking for easy lettuce (no lettuce or tomato at all. Will make a burger Less Soggy. So aside from asking for No Onions, I ordered easy lettuce and no tomato. But it didn't matter...there was so much white creamy sauce it was a wet, soggy, and mushy burger from the get go. I hadn't eaten at The Habit Burger in awhile and specifically went there tonight because I usually like the burgers. But this time I came home to a very disappointing dinner. The only good thing was the tempura green beans ranch dressing.

A pretty good burger, faithful to the basics, but the broiled patty is delicious. Fries are good, but sweet potato fries are also delicious.
