There were too many homeless and gangster type coming in repeatedly to use the restroom and fill up drinks. I did not feel safe and finished quicker than I wanted to. Why does The Habbit or In N Out not have this same issue? Please work on this!

The manager Nayeli (hope this is her real name) basically said if I didn’t buy anything I couldn’t use the restroom. How did she know I wasn’t going to buy anything.

I asked to add different topping and they keep forgetting to add them on. They charge me for it but are always forget to put it on the food. This is the second time. The first time i let it go because it was kinda busy but today there was no other order in the drive thru. And they still got it wrong when I only ordered that one item and a drink.

Since when doesn’t Taco Bell take orders inside their stores, That’s at least half the business.The only reason they got a one star review is I wasn’t helped they didn’t take my order inside the store, and the young boy was rude about it. Causing me to want to leave.
