I won’t be returning to this restaurant. Every table was dirty, and the service was terrible. They were out of essential ingredients like bacon and sausage. The staff didn’t use pans when placing the pizza in the oven, which left our hands covered in soot from handling it. The pizza itself came out uneven and wasn’t cut properly.

The staff is largely out of sight and not very attentive. In my experience, the pizzas take longer to cook here than at other Pieology locations. It seems the staff may not be sufficiently trained in making the pizzas, as they often come out undercooked, soggy, and oddly shaped. Additionally, the employees are not very friendly, skilled, or alert. Overall, you’re not getting good value for your money.

On April 27th, I decided to give this place another chance because Yolanda said she would reach out to the team. However, our experience was no better, and may have even been worse. We have pictures to prove it. The servers handling the meat were also reaching into the vegetables and cheeses without changing their gloves, which is a serious concern. The sauce area was a mess, with red sauce splattered everywhere, and it seemed like the tables weren’t being cleaned frequently. I understand that busy periods happen, but the state of the stations was unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see such issues because the pizzas are genuinely delicious. With the number of employees on duty that night, I would have expected someone to take the initiative to clean up. Unfortunately, the men's bathroom was messy again as well.

Been xoming to this place for 6 yrs. Food is good but service poor ! I would suggest not to use online service. Just walk-in, you will get better prefrence. If you are understaffed then hire !! Says less busy than usual and still took 1 hour to get my order.

The workers are very kind and accommodating. The pizza is delicious. The ingredients are very fresh and the pizza is cooked to order. You can add as many or as few toppings as you like.
