Ginza - Fullerton

If you find yourself in North County, this sushi spot is a must-visit. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. While I tend to favor sushi and sashimi over rolls, they do have some great rolls as well—definitely give the soft shell crab roll a try. The sushi chefs are friendly and approachable, and the waitstaff is excellent too. They have an impressive selection of Japanese beers and sake. Just a heads up, it can get quite busy on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

Ginza is consistently a fantastic choice for lunch or dinner. They offer great prices and delicious food, especially their sushi, which has a wide variety of options. We keep returning for more!

We've been coming here for years and have always enjoyed it. The food is fantastic, and the location is perfect. The oysters my husband ordered looked amazing! While I don’t eat oysters, he absolutely loved them.

That's all... I'd say the BEST in Fullerton! The staff is friendly, the sushi is AMAZING and the prices are a steal. I love the regular/family atmosphere. They are attentive and fast. I love this place. If you didn't try, go for it.. They won't be disappointed.

Good sushi. My favorite was the dream roll. There was nothing over the top amazing about this place to deserve 5 stars. The service was pleasant and we did not have to wait too long for our rolls. There was a horrible fish odor upon entering the restaurant. It was so off putting that the waitress had to light an incense. This in turn filled the restaurant with scented smoke and fish odor. Mmmm! Yummy! She had to open the door to defuse the smell and smoke.
