Da Vinci - Fulda

The ristorante da vinci in fulda is something very special and counts for us among the best locations in the city. the da vinci has been there for about one and a half years and the motto of the house “You come as hospitable and go as a friend” we can sign fully. we were only 3 times to eat in da vinci and really upset about this ristorant not visited earlier. at our first visit we were four, we have reserved what has proven to be very useful, because without reservation you have as good as no chance to get a table. we were immediately and very friendly at the reception, we were led to the table and after we set ourselves and aligned, the waiter came to our table friendly asked for the drinks and whether it can be an aperitif before, in addition, each of us get a card. the organization is very good that the ristorant was occupied until the last place that the waiters without hectic and very professional have served the guests. our drinks came very fast. after a reasonable time the waiter came back, asked if we have already chosen or whether we need time. we chose different antipasti so that everyone could taste something (focaccia, carpaccio di filetto, vitello tonnato and insalata enzo). I only run the water in my mouth when I write about it. in advance they get olive oil and white brot on the table to the cost of the house. After the start we were asked when we wanted to get the main course that I personally feel very pleasant. when we go to eat, we take time and spend several hours with friends during eating. my wife and I have decided to get the dateitto d’ agnello al rosmarino, on the map that it is offered with rice, but we have chosen spaghetti aglio olio, which has proved excellent and the reorder has not shown any problems. our friends have opted for scampi alla griglia and for filetto di salmone alla griglia. we have received a wee recommendation and then decided together on lugana ca dei frati, this wein already knew and this is offered in the da vinci as a bottle wine. which is very important to me, the white wine is served ice-cold and this is the case in the da vinci, additionally the bottle is served in a wine cooler, next to the table. whether water or weed that the staff is very attentive and gives. Eating was an experience, very nicely dressed, tastefully excellent and just from the amount. the lammfilet was in front of place! for a dessert was unfortunately no more space, espresso and grappa have found their place. we were about 4 hours in da vinci, in this time we felt like on vacation and friends. too later, the waiter had a little time to talk to us, which I always find very beautiful and interesting, as you experience even more of the locality. the bill was more suitable for the consumption of drinks and service. between us were with other joys in the da vinci and last I was there with my wife. what should I say, the service that is always constant and always a very nice experience. we look forward to many more beautiful hours in da vinci.
