The Beer is really great, specially the weisen. the food plates are huge and very good for the money

My family ate here on our first day in Germany while on vacation. It definitely set the standard. Food was good. Staff was super friendly. Prices were reasonable for Europe. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This is a popular place. Outdoor seating is very...enjoyable with nice views. Would recommend.

Brow a little outside the beaten track (on the edge of the old town next to the river in a park), but worth a visit. This is an old mill with many period features, the layout and the facility are in line with the...age and character of the place. Worth a visit, just for a beer, but the food is good and cheap. The mill was converted into a restaurant and a bar, (also hotel with parking) the water wheel is still operational, and beer is brewed on site. The brewery equipment is partly in the bar and a side room with a large window that can be viewed from the outside. There are several beers brewed on the grounds, they are very good, like the food, specializing in typical German cuisine with additional pizzas. I tried the hunter carving very well, others in our group had other types of carving and pizza also very good, in fact we returned twice more during our long weekend stay for food and beer, every time service and food / beer very good at a reasonable price.

The first time in Germany, taken by a local friend, would not have found it on our own old building, behind the dome, beautiful atmosphere, outside beer garden, many seating, busy but great atmosphere, friendly staff who come, take your drinks...order, then self-service kitchen, various carvings were great, will not be hungry home! Would recommend

Traditional brew house long tables in the back during the summer the place is packed and very welcoming . Met some great people and had a great time
