Subway - Fukushima

Original 今回初めてこちらの店舗を利用しましたが、購入した事を心の底から後悔しました。 サブウェイが好きなので最低月に1度は利用するのですが、こんなにも大ハズレの店舗は初めてです。 普段からブラッドブレットに野菜少なめで注文することが多いのですが、通常どこの店舗でもフラットブレットを注文すると「こちらは必ず焼くパンですので、焼きます」と言われますが、ここの店舗では「焼きますか？」と聞かれました。 その後「席にかけてお待ち下さい」と言われたのでちゃんと確認しなかった私も悪いのですが、食べた感じフラットブレットはカチカチで恐らく焼いていないかと思われるものでした。味も普段とは違い、失礼ですが変な味がしたので食べるのをやめました。 野菜少なめも基本的には普段の半量程の野菜にしてくださる事が多いのですが、こちらの店舗のものは少なすぎて笑ってしまう程です。 マスカルポーネも味がしないほどに少ない... 今回2人分を持ち帰りで注文 サンドを1人2つずつ 非常に空腹だったので1つずつ食べましたが、勿体ないですが残りは処分しました。 ごめんなさい 初めて利用したのですが、こちらは基本がこのような状態なのでしょうか？ 今回は夜に行き、若い女性が調理されていました。 他の方の口コミで、「サブウェイを名乗る資格ない」と書かれている方がいますがその通りだと思います。 色んな土地に行く事が多く、様々な店舗で食べることが多いですがサブウェイはどこで食べても基本同じ味とクオリティで安心してたので、本当にがっかりです。 こんな言い方は失礼ですが、教育指導された方が宜しいかと思いました。 今回は持ち帰りでしたのでここに口コミしましたが、店舗で食べていたらその場で指摘するレベルです。 写真はチリチキンです。他にサンドを3つ頼みましたが、野菜は全てこれしか入っていませんでした。 少なめとは言いましたが、あまりにも極端。 せめて他の店舗同様最後にこの位でいいか？の確認くらいしてほしいものです。

福島市唯一のサブウェイらしいですが、これがサブウェイと思って欲しくない。 まずメニューに書いてあり、フェア中と入口にポスターがドーンとあり、店員の上の掲示板にも書いてあるメニューを頼んだら『出来ませんので他のものでお願いします』と言われた。なら、そんなでかいポスターで宣伝するな！ 何故？と聞いたら『只今その商品は大変時間かかりまして…』ってめんどくさいだけかい？ ここで帰るのが正解だったのですが、頼まれものもあったのでそれだけ頼む。 とにかく作るの遅い・間違ったソースをかける・野菜の盛りが少ない。数はいるのに何故かただウロウロしている店員がいる。食べる場所の掃除をあの人がやればいいのにと思うほどの掃除具合。 そして持ち帰って食べたらなんだか美味しくない。 もしここを利用している方は、是非他のサブウェイさんに行って味・サービスを確認して欲しい。

店長と多分バイト4人がキッチンにいたけどみんなが前の人の注文作ってて、少々お待ちくださいの声を店長でさえもかけない。みんなで作ってるはずなのに遅すぎ。 待たせているのに急ぐ様子もない。 店長しっかり。って感じだった あまりにも前の人の注文を作るのに時間がかかりすぎて気が遠くなって諦めて帰りました。

Really friendly staff and easy to understand menu. the sandwich was really good. the flesh was juicy and soft and the salate and the veg were crispy and fresh. I had the tandoori chicken sub. it wasn't as sharp as I said, but this is my general experience everywhere in japan. their opinion can vary! I always forget that this subway exists, but I will try to get back.
