Okunagaya Organic Life Store - Fukuoka

This organic food shop is run by a friendly owner who speaks English. I purchased organic lentils, dates, brown rice miso, date syrup, and vegan scones. While not all items are vegan, the shop carries a variety of vegan (and rare) products and is very accommodating to vegan customers. They offer organic dried fruits, various types of rice, oats, maple syrup, date syrup, and miso paste. Additionally, they have a small selection of baked goods such as cookies and scones, some of which contain dairy (specifically, grass-fed butter). During my visit, they were offering two delicious vegan scone flavors: cranberry chocolate and walnut maple. The owner is friendly and helpful when answering questions.
