From Travel 2018 I wanted a few Hakata wheels, but no research before. Here in Little Tokyo LA there is always a debate that has the best Hakata rays here, so I had to try in Hakata. I wasn't disappointed. I had added the robbers with dumplings. The broth was silky and the taste was not exaggerated, as with some other pork frames I had (which is not bad). The staff had decent English and was helpful and nice. Was a perfect late lunch after the Sumo games.

Here came our first night in Fukuoka and the smoker was delicious. The broth is light, but extremely tasteful and the pimples were a great accent. Noodles are the traditional Hakata style thin noodles that work so perfectly with the broth. Eggs were nicely cooked and the miraculous skins were a great extra touch to bring together the entire shell of noodles. Very cheap.

Unpretentious, affordable, and high-quality Fukuoka-style ramen. I loved the broth as it was flavorful with the classic tonkotsu base. I just got the classic with pork, noodles, broth, and green onions and it was so satisfying, for only 650 JPY (4.5 euro).

Very good Hakata style ramen here. Hakata style is not my personal favorite type but this one was very good and if you like Hakata style this one you will like a lot. Gyoza we’re very good too. Walking distance from Hakata station and a bunch of other things in the area to do as well. Parking was available paid parking in the area too. Great spot to get good ramen in Fukuoka.

Very reasonably priced 650 yen Nagahama ramen with negi and 2 slices of char siu pork. The soup had a slight stinkiness that was nice.. there were many young ladies ordering ramen here. The younger chef was super friendly and suggested I order some gyoza. 4 piece mini triangular gyoza is only 210 yen before 3pm (regular price 270 yen) and was very good. L shaped counter seating with one table for 4.
