This small sushi shop has only 8 seats, so strongly recommend a reservation so that you can enjoy the omakase curs slowly. everything is impressive service, food quality, choice. sushi is traditionally with a creative mind that gives sushi an additional dimension. a must try when they are in fukui

I would go there before the restaurant gets too famous. Definitely a Michelin Star restaurant. Best kept secret of Fukui.

寿司以外の料理ついてはハイレベルかつ、若手の挑戦を感じる内容。しかも引き出しが多い。 寿司自体はシャリが水分多めに感じて好みが分かれるのかも知れないけど、しっかり技術を感じる。 もちろん日本には更に美味しい店もあるけど価格は2倍とか予約待ち1ヶ月とかすること考慮するとギリ空きがあるし技術からしたら安いしで星5。
