ロータス - Fukui

福井県には数少ないオーセンティックなバー。 福井県では間違いなく上位に位置するバーだと思うが、他県と比べるとどうしても見劣りしてしまうところもある。 ここで頂いたmoon glowは大変美味しく、新たなウイスキーを知れたことはとても良かった。 マスターは結構気さくなので、いろいろお話してみると面白い。

I am from Fukui. I visited for the first time with my husband and my husband's friend. There were two bartenders, and even though it was an authentic bar, I was able to relax without being stiff. I was the driver this time, so I ordered a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail. I ordered two cups, but both tasted like eating fruit as it is. In particular, the strawberry non-alcoholic cocktail has an exquisite frozen ice, and the moment you put it in your mouth, it melts and spreads the juice. Even when my husband's friend ordered the third drink, he looked at how drunk he was and reduced the alcohol just a little bit. I usually live outside the prefecture, so I may not have many opportunities to visit, but I definitely want to visit again when I return to my hometown 福井出身の者です。旦那と旦那友人と初めて来訪しました。 バーテンダーさんは2名居られて、オーセンティックな雰囲気のバーでありながらも、堅苦しさがなくリラックスして過ごせました。 私は今回運転手だったので、ノンアルコールのフルーツカクテルを注文。2杯頼みましたが、どちらもフルーツをそのまま食べているような味わいでした。 特に、イチゴのノンアルコールカクテルは氷のフローズン具合が絶妙で、口に入れた瞬間にすっと溶けて果汁が広がる感じが素晴らしかったです 旦那友人が3杯目をオーダーした際も、酔い具合を見て、ほんの少しだけアルコールを少なめにしてくれるなど、細かい配慮を感じられました。 普段は県外に住んでいるので、なかなか足を運ぶ機会はないかもしれせんが、帰省した際にまた必ず来訪したいと思います

(visits: 2) edit: not sure if they were being racist.... But it sure felt like that. This last time just came we had 4 people. They had four seats. Two people saw that and got up to move so we could fit they were more than happy to move. The bar tender said no and made us leave. great cocktail bar but very pricey. The cocktails get a solid 5 stars. I threw everything at them from a Manhattan to a Yukiguni. They were all made perfectly. The prices of the cocktails were a touch high but still better than The Very Good Bar. 1000 yen seating charge for a hitokuchi of cheapy snacks that they never refilled once. For 4 people, for 4000 yen, I expect much better otoshi (snack) and expect it to be refilled at least once or twice if we are there for hours and I expect larger serving for 4 people. The people sitting alone got the same as all 4 of us. 4000 yen will pay for a 20kg bag of peanuts, seriously is it really going to hurt your bottom line to give us 13 yen bowl of rice crackers? You being so cheap over a few yen of rice crackers is the difference between me coming back every other week giving you hundreds of dollars or once or twice a year. Overlooking that, the service was great and they knew their liquor and knew their cocktails. (But no port wine). I will probably go back if my normal cocktail bar is closed or full and I really want a good cocktail.

I Navi Tomfa Tomfa Tomfa Rhea lee koji, good- , good Atmospuhere, perfect腕 noto so. Ephury Timoie leeモhong Houkui, Lee Definitely Veterinary. (Oriental) It is envy that such a nice bar is in Fukui! It is really cozy, good arm, good atmosphere, perfect shop. I want to face every time I go to Fukui.

Ikeda Toku Ito'She He Numbar One Outkuk Bal In Houkui Hane Master is Kindergarten Folyone and Velly Comfort. I think the ausentic bar of Fukui is friendly and everyone is very cozy. cigars sucking
