It was a nice evening, the food was delicious. We are aware of the Santoro by a friend who gave us a voucher. The service was very dedicated and tried. Since I am a good eater I was still hungry after that, the portions were too small for me, which is normal for this kind of restaurant. We were happy. Service 5/5 Taste 5/5 Price 4/5

A great culinary experience at absolutely fair prices! We were in the Santoro for the first time today and totally excited that Fürth has something to offer! Very friendly hospitality and excellent fresh food in a stylish atmosphere. There is held what the name promises.... Enjoyment and event We definitely like to come back!! !

There was only one table occupied, so we wanted to sit on a four table for two. We were asked by the service to put a table for 2 people (although I was free again). Well, we ordered our food, which came after 45min.! Here, too, one wondered what could take so long. The salmon ordered in Zuchini stripes was dry, the zucchini stripes burned no wonder during the period of preparation and the Risotto had nothing to do with a risotto in all love. In addition, the portion for the money was not even worthy of an appetizer. The pizza was fine even if there was much better. On demand, as the food tasted us, the above shortcomings were criticized. The criticism was only heard, but not really taken seriously. For good quality you have to pay something. We also agreed, but the court should also be prepared in such a way that quality can be enjoyed. We rejected the offer of a new salmon, after all we did not want another 45min. Wait. Even after our break, the tables were not occupied either outside or inside. We were neither disrespectful, unfriendly nor inappropriate in any way. That the pizza was good/in order, I told you at our visit and also mentioned it in the review. But who expressed his enthusiasm about his food is a mystery to me! A review should be based on facts whether negative or positive! In this case, I was unfortunately negative but corresponding to the facts. As your customer satisfaction is important, you should also accept your negative reviews for the future and not bring the customer into the justification position!

Even as a demanding guest completely satisfied! There were zanderfilet and ribderfilet, both super dressed and tastefully a 1! Very accommodating and sympathetic service, beautiful ambience. A good shop in Fürth for a change! Always happy
