After visiting the sports arena, we were looking for some place to eat and Meson Casa Ludena is really close both to the central station. Other than great local food and wine, this warm place is filled with local memorabilia from BC Fuenlabrada (with taste, not too much). Although we did not speak a word of Spanish and staff a word of English, the menu was in both languages and we have understood each other (it’s easy when people are hospitable). Desserts were simple, but delicious. All in all, I couldn’t recommend this place more, a real gem of Fuenlabrada and the brief definition of small local restaurants in Spain.
This little location is was right next to our LCB Hotel and the Plaza de la Estacion in Fuenlabrada. Because we were staying in the hotel for the wedding, the Bride and Groom (who are local) made it easy for us to find them by treating us at the nearest location for everyone (since we were visting from the US). We ate outside the restaurant in the open plaza area. Food and drink were average to very good. We enjoyed the local red Sangria, as well as the many tapas that arrived at our table. This review could border on average, but due to the circumstances, the atmosphere, and the great company of the Bride and Groom to be, I have to give this a Very Good rating, if anything due to overall experience. I did not get inside the restaurant to see the interior, or use the Aseos, so I can't comment anymore than being a participant in an outdoor celebration.
