Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst managed “fast food” restaurant of all time. Might as well put in an order for pickup 3 hours before you want to eat it’s that slow.

I came in and ordered and the unprofessionalism was out of control. While making my bowl, a manager came up to an employee and told him he was going to have to work the line while another employee went on break. This man says “you have got to be kidding me right now” and stomps his foot. Don’t even get me started on the portion sizes. This Chipotle has been an issue as everyone in this town talks about it, but not until today did I see the severity of it. The floors were dirty, the employees were acting a fool. I will not be returning.

First timer here. Biggest Burrito I've ever seen. Very impressed with the value of meal.

Found a spider in my bowl today. Immediately asked for a refund and they were kind enough to do so, so I give them points for that; the guy is never rude when I come in. But a spider in my food is insane. It’s always dirty when I come in there so I don’t put this incident past them. As I came to write this review, I saw someone else complain about a bug in their food 2 weeks ago. So I’m definitely not surprised but very disappointed. I will never go back there and I will be posting this on IG so my 28K followers can double check their chipotle. I’m gonna post a screenshot of the video. Small bug, BIG PRINCIPLE. ?

Please stop delaying the inevitable and close this dump until yall rework management this the worst chipotle I’ve been to holy smokes
