Charleys Cheesesteaks - Ft. Sill

I ordered a simple Chicken Philly combo . What should have been simple turned into a nightmare. They had to remake my Philly 4 times . And still didn’t get it right !! They wanted to make it again. I just settled for the steak Philly . I thought the third time was a charm . Guess not at this location. By the way did I mention they were dead . No lines no backups or anything. So there was no excuse it couldn’t have been done right the first time or the second one for that matter !! Such a disappointment!!

It's pretty good for a fast food place. I especially like their fries, a nice place for a quick steak sandwich or bit to eat for lunch on the go.

They are so nice! I have celiacs and can’t have any gluten and to avoid cross contamination he washed his hands and changed his gloves. He took it so seriously when most places usually won’t. Thank you!

I figured this being in a dead mall that the food might be as subpar as the mall. I was supposed with the Ultimate Fries and Strawberry Lemonade were fresh and hot. Great snack to hold me till dinner time.

I don't know what's up with the cashier with the pink hair, she always has a bad attitude, and acts as if she doesn't mind working. Terrible customer service, you should not work in a position that has to deal directly with the customer because your attitude is always terrible.
