Frida's Kahlo - FS

Had the fresh guacamole and fajitas. Very good, typical Mexican food. Nothing special, but they didn't screw anything up either.

Very surprised with the negative reviews of this place. Perhaps consistency is an issue? We came for lunch and loved it so much we returned another day. The seafood fajita with tequila was incredible the first time we ordered it and good but not as great the second time. Service can be a little slow, but still attentive.

This deserves only one star, food is terrible, service takes forever. I ordered a molcajete and it is nothing compared to the real one. Do not go please

Do yourself a favor, do not go to this place for drinks or food. Bland, flavorless, and overall repulsive food. My girlfriend and I counted down the seconds until we got our check so we could leave.

We stopped for cocktails while enjoying a Sunday evening on the plaza (which is really nice, by the way . Most tables were empty, but it took FOREVER to get 5 extremely mediocre drinks (daiquiris that seemed to have NO rum and way too much sugar, for example . And the drinks all came out at different times, so some people's drinks were finished or watery by the time everyone's drinks had arrived, and we had no chance to just sit and relax with our drinks together. (I honestly don't think the bartender had a clue what he was doing even though the drinks we ordered are among the easiest drinks to make. Good thing we didn't order any food we'd still be waiting for it!
