Pablo's Pizza - Fruita

I absolutely adore the combinations at Pablo's. My personal favorite is the Mean Mr. Mustard, which speaks volumes coming from me since I'm not usually a fan of pineapple on pizza or bacon. But oh my, it's a delightful medley of incredible flavors! Their crust is unique compared to most pizzas, but it pairs perfectly with their creative toppings. I love this place not only for the food but also because they genuinely support the community and always have a friendly atmosphere. Definitely choose Pablo's!

This place is a gem! They offer unique pizza combinations with fun names. You can even watch your pizza being made in a small kitchen. The pizza is amazing, and the service was fantastic!

The pizza here is fantastic, without a doubt. However, the hours are extremely frustrating. They’re closed on Mondays and only open until 7 PM most days, with just two days extending to 8 PM. It’s hard to understand how a restaurant, particularly a pizza place, can close before 8 PM. I find it hard to believe that it's solely due to staffing issues. They really need to get their act together and establish more reasonable hours. There’s just no justification for this.

Excellent food and service. Very creative menu. Fruita location very accommodating when coming late after riding to pick up pizza before closing.

Pretty darn good. Crust could be a little more crispy. Picked it up at the Fruita location, so really no service was required by the wait staff. However there was the gratuity request upon payment at the register. For what, handing me my pizza?
