Moe's Southwest Grill - Fruit Cove

The children like Moe's and we visit the Julington Creek site about once a month. This location was rebuilt (maybe a year ago? and is beautiful. Sometimes they seem a bit understated, but nowadays I know it's hard to run a team. The food is consistent quality and the seating areas are clean. I really like the outdoor terrace seats, but sometimes it's just too warm and muggy to sit outside.

Very disappointed when I opened my Burrito. It's not free and I don't think you should sell that. I'm not going back where my business is not appreciated.

Average experience overall. The service and food were just okay. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not maintain cleanliness. It was quite revealing to observe the employees and managers when they weren't attending to customers. During our visit, we noticed them gathered in a circle behind the counter, chatting and laughing for an extended period. There were several tables that needed cleaning, overflowing garbage cans, and food debris on the floor. Additionally, in recent years, the last two tables have been used as a storage space for extra deliveries. I also want to mention that the manager was not very friendly towards customers as we waited in line to order. She didn't smile and seemed grumpy when speaking to us.

The manager called the employees over, and the worker who prepared my meal was erratic and unprofessional. They moved incredibly fast but were quite messy. The portion sizes were very small, and when I raised my concerns, they simply stated that it was the standard serving size. There was a noticeable lack of effort to please the customers, and when I addressed my complaints with the manager, there was no response whatsoever. My family and I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in quite some time, and I'm not sure what has happened to it, but it's definitely taken a turn for the worse. I understand that staffing shortages are a challenge, but they really need to have at least one responsible person in charge who isn't a teenager. The preparation area was a complete mess, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was no chicken available for serving, even though the grill was full of it — it seemed like they just forgot to cook it. The meats appeared dry, and this was at 5 PM, so it wasn't too early or too late. I left feeling very uncertain about the quality of the food here. It reminded me of the Burger King from a few years back. What a disappointment.
