Acropolis Lounge - Frostburg

We're pretty laid-back individuals and didn't make a big deal out of it, but we were disappointed with how this incident was handled. While we were offered some paper towels and received a brief apology or two, that didn't feel sufficient. My partner's new leather jacket got beer spilled on it, and there was no offer to assist with cleaning it. To make matters worse, we didn’t receive our meals in a timely manner, and there didn’t seem to be much concern for the elderly woman who was also affected by the spill. As a group of seven, we spent quite a bit that evening, but we won’t be returning. The service remained poor throughout our visit, even after the spill. There are plenty of restaurants in Allegany County (like City Lights, Warner's, The Oxford House, etc.) where I can confidently say I'd receive better service, and I'm sure they would handle an accident with more care and consideration.

The Greek deer, salads, and desserts are excellent. We eat there at least once or twice a week. Superb!

Delicious food and excellent service! I would definitely return!
