Dunkin' Donuts - Front Royal

Customer service was great with fast, friendly service. The only problem I had was laughing with my icy matcha. I came home and it turns out that my big drink was really just a small one. Half this cup was foam, apparently, and half of it settled before I came home. Maybe I didn't really need so much matcha, but it would be nice to get what I paid for.

Can I just say how amazed I am on the kindness and excellent customer service skills that the employee Kimberly has? She is always so friendly, takes and ends the orders immediately. I'm free of fear when I take my order from her. There is another woman who works third shift / at ten o'clock and she is also great. I was completely withdrawn, how ingenious these customer service employees are! You rarely see this in every industry. Thank you for making my night so friendly.

I love dunkin but not happy they discontinued the hazelnut creamer!

Just stopped in with my husband to grab a quick breakfast. Jessica waited on us and she was so friendly, greeting each of us as we came in with a smile. The other worker was also just as friendly and took care of us promptly and without any problems. The food is fresh and the hot mocha is delicious. Thank you for a great experience!

This place is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great business they're running here. The donuts are fresh and morning coffee is a treat. I also love that their WiFi is low key fast and almost no one inside. Most of the time, people push the drive so you can come and work.
