Whataburger - Frisco

My wife and I went through the drive thru at this location at 4:45AM. I've been battling a terrible case of strep throat, and after leaving the hospital I was finally able to swallow food, if only for a few hours. There was only one solo person we sawworking at this location. There were two other cars behind us. The wait must have been 20-25 minutes. This man was doingeverything solo and kept great professional composure. He apologized twice for the long wait. These reviews may not be seen bythe personnel that should be reading them, but this gentleman deserves to be commended for his excellent service andprofessionalism. If there was someone else there then they should be appreciated as well. Thank you.

I have always been a huge fan of Whataburger! I?ve gone to this one since they opened it. In the last few years the service and food quality has gone way down. Usually small mistakes happen and I get it, busy plus young staff human error will happen. Buttonight makes me want to avoid this store from now on. I ordered dinner for my family and myself. I ordered a Whataburger withbacon and cheese only. I got home and got my wife and kids food settled and then went to eat to discover there was NO BURGERPATTY!! Literally just a bun, ketchup, cheese, and bacon. I was in utter shock. This location needs some serious help.

Holy slow!! Never waited so long for old cold food. One car moving every 10 minutes is just ridiculous. Bad service bad food. Figure it out. 10 minutes at the speaker box before anyone took order then it was another 20 until I got to the window. I wish Icould have bailed but I was boxed in. Probably by other people wishing they could bail too. Yikes! Never again.

I ordered a plain burger with no toppings and they gave me a full topping burger with a bite taken out of the meat. I was incredibly disappointed with what I was given and I don?t recommend coming here.

The service is trash! Waited 15 minutes at the window for just a raspberry tea and two orders of hash browns. When I got the hash browns they were hard as a rock! Like you couldn?t even chew them. I had to throw them out. Guy looked like he was thenight manager.
