Up Inspired Kitchen - Frisco

This is a great choice for a vegan breakfast in Frisco. The Tofu Scramble could have used a bit more tofu, but it was full of flavor. The homemade hot sauce was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a milk alternative for my coffee.

I have found this place and pleased that they have vegan options! the vegan options are new and they are interested in catering in the vegan community and other options. beautiful place to sit and enjoy a meal, coffee and lounge!

The atmosphere was surprisingly different from what I expected, but the food was excellent. I ordered the veggie lasagna, and it was a generous portion with wonderful flavor.

The food is very healthy, but the portions are quite small. We ordered the avocado toast, and it was really tiny—definitely the smallest I've ever seen. There were no sides either; most places usually include a small salad or at least two pieces of toast. I’m not criticizing the taste; it was good. However, it felt overpriced for the amount of food we received.
