Starbucks Coffee - Frisco

*Review for Drive through* Possible the worst drive through design I've come across. The entrance AND ordering point is right at the street, separated by a pavement that makes maneuvering cars tricky. The horrid design often creates a queue that spills out on the wrong side of active traffic and even blocks the entire road. There is enough space for the order point to be move further away from the road but don't understand why they have designed a dangerous entrance. My advice would be to either avoid this location or order inside (it's less busy inside).

Milk left on the counter gets warm! When I arrived, there were 5 different milks just sitting on the counter unused. Having milk out makes it get warm and grow bacteria. Honestly, it?s not hard to put the milk in the fridge between making drinks. (I use to manage a Starbucks). The service was quick, but the drink tasted noticeably different due to non fresh milk being used. Extremely disappointed

I ordered some breakfast, sous vide eggs and London Fog Tea Latte, through the mobile app. Order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, everything was correct. Staff were friendly. Parking and the drive-through are a challenge at this location, though. Poorly designed, and located right off a major road. Hard to get in and out of due to the very busy, high traffic area.

I really enjoy the green tea from here. They will put as little or as much sugar as you want. i notice that even with complex orders they just keep the line moving with a big smile on their faces. Great service and drinks.

Beautiful day to be outside! Starbucks has a way with me! Same cup different Starbucks! Love meeting up here. There?s much more seating inside than others to bring your laptop. Home away from home office!
