My first time trying and i'll never ever go again. the two people working seemed to be sharing a single brain cell. I ordered an ice coffee with extra creamer and extra vanilla flavoring. I pulled up to the window and was handed a plain iced coffee with nothing in it then was told it had creamer and vanilla as if I was blind. I asked for more and was handed back the same coffee that just now had a little creamer and still no flavor. was not offered or given a receipt and the store number does not work. terrible coffee, terrible service.

First time ever here! Way more interesting drink options than Starbucks or Dutchbros!!! I’ll be returning! Always passed by for a year and never visited! It was totally worth it today!

I'm editing review and changing stars back to my original review of Scooters. I had 1 snafu and management promptly replied and listened and settled the issue so, I'll happily return for my coffee, chai and sweet treats.

I love Scooters and come here often but this time my breakfast sandwich was ice cold in the middle, I turned around and let the guy know and was not offered to rewarm it or replace it. I ended up paying for another sandwich that was cold also cold.
