Palio's Pizza Cafe - Frisco

This is by far the worst palios I've ever been to. The cashier Celestine is very rude and made me feel very unwelcome. He got upset when I asked questions about the menu. Save yourself the headache.

I had never eaten at a Palio’s before. And I’m usually cautious about what I eat after a 20 hr. fast. I arrived at this location at one of these times, and before I ordered, had some questions. The gentleman behind the counter was very professional, answered all questions, and came out to make sure my table had been wiped down. The small pizza I ordered came right out and hit the spot! I would definitely eat here again.

I have eaten here so many times and it’s been ok, but yesterday was awful Baked ziti was borderline inedible. Tasteless meat sauce that was watered down and had very little meat, zero flavor and arrived good Italian sandwhich that was just a crusty break, a few slices of salami and some cheese Hopefully just a bad night but ragu sauce from Kroger would have been a huge improvement

I got the mozzarella cheese sticks, Veggie Pizza and chicken pizza. The food was really good and despite their confusion for my name being Noah instead of Narayan????? The food is pretty good. In particular my mom loved it which is always a good thing. The pizza was crispy and very cheesy. Good quality of ingredients. The mozzarella cheese sticks fell short of expectations due to it being under cooked. I had to put it in the microwave for a bit but that’s not my job.

Best Pizza I have eaten. Thin crust and ever so yummy, Parking: Great parking here, right next to the retaurant.
