Lombardi Cucina Italiana - Frisco

Amazing eating and atmosphere, but very disappointed throughout the service. we sat immediately with our reservation, but our server was not where to find for at least 15 minutes. No one told us a word how we sat there, although tables were served right next to us immediately. did not think much of it until we went through dinner. our server had really no desire to visit us. we barely checked. overall only very dissatisfied as we were treated for the amount we expected to pay for the experience. I mentioned our host that we celebrate a birthday and asked that dessert be sent to our table to surprise my friend for his birthday, but our server had no idea that we celebrated. it was disappointing to see tables around us with birthday parties from the servers, but nothing for our birthday party. also about the top food and atmosphere only disappointed in the service and not the time to celebrate a birthday.

To start, we've been here several times. drinks at the bar are inexpensive for $20. we are great. caesar salat was lame and needs more dressing. we are both great, but it took forever to get them as usual.

I have gedimt here about 6 times, I'm never disappointed, eating and the service is first class, the wee prices have risen slowly but overall I like this place very much.

The service and wine was great but food was overpriced for the quality and portions. It wasn’t a total disappointment but we can probably won’t be back.

We loved our experience at Lombardi. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food is delicious. Customer service was top notch as well. We will be back.
