Frisco Smokehouse

Long time. ??????Never have given 5 stars . This place totally deserves it. To keep it simple. Extremely flavorful and great taste. Top of it they have a very good staff which takes care of customer service very professionally. Loved this place. Will be back again for sure. Definitely try this out if you want to try Texas smokehouse food.

Lots of local craft beers on top, good service, tender meat, decent prices. I enjoy coming here particularly around lunchtime.

Amazing barbecue and smoked chicken. Very friendly staff and the prices are very reasonable. This isn’t a chain barbecue house, and I will definitely be back with my friends. Frisco Smokehouse is one of those finds rarely out in the North Dallas food scene. The sides are a meal in themselves!

Excellent Brisket with pathetic customer service and Etiquette with the cashier (my experience was on Sep 10 around 8:00PM)...First the food....The Brisket is nice and moist and this was our second experience and will be coming back..Smoked beans were pretty good as well but smoked chicken was a little on the dry side (tried on first visit a few days back)..Coming back to customer service...They missed Mashed potatoes and beans to put in the order, so I had to drive back..Honest mistake but the way they addressed the issue was pathetic. The girl on the front desk listened to my issue then took her sweet time to complete other work before getting the missed items to me....without a single word of apology..So I mentioned that since it was their mistake a simple apology could go a long way towards customer service and she comes back with a big sarcastic comment I am sorry..Is that good for you..! ..On the other side the guy, who cuts the brisket for you is humble, friendly and great....

Stopped by to get some brisket and chicken. really bad compare to other BBQ stores. The brisket is dry and tasteless, bbq source is so so, cream corn is horrible, the store worker is not familiar with the menu. No food is freshly made. Most importantly, the price is very very expensive. Costco $5 chicken is 10 times better than their $20 chicken. We end up threw half of the food and brought some additional fast food. Such as sad Saturday.do not recommend, do not recommend, do not recommend.
