Emerson Restaurant Bar - Frisco

Terrible experience. the emerson is actually a hotel lobby bar in sheraton, which is in full view on the hotel entrance door and the reception and registration desk. when we mentioned our opentable reservation, the barkeeper (the only person in the bar) never heard of opentable. what a miserable art to celebrate a birthday! we will never go back. opentable must describe this location exactly what it is.

Dreadful experience. The Emerson is actually a Sheraton hotel lobby bar, located in full view of the hotel entrance door and the reception/registration desk. When we mentioned our OpenTable reservation, the bartender (the only person in the bar) said he’d never heard of OpenTable. What a miserable way to celebrate a birthday! We will NEVER go back. OpenTable needs to accurately describe this place for what it is.
