Kfc - Friendswood

The food was fresh and good .the service was great too

It’s has been a long time since I been to kfc so I was shocked at the prices but not only did it have outrageous prices but they didn’t offer any Sweet Tea cause they said the tea pitcher was broke and to expensive to get another I thought the same thing about the price for this meal KFC do better oh and the cashier was kinda nasty in a way not to be rude

Love original chicken, coleslaw yum. I'm not disappointed in food or service here. Will continue to visit.

8-17-23 at about 9pm. Service was absolutely horrible. When I go to a restaurant I don’t appreciate being yelled at and talked to crazy. Whoever the woman is that’s working tonight at the drive thru definitely needs to go through some sort of customer service training. You should not argue with customers when they are telling you 1 of the 2 drinks are missing and you’re holding the receipt in your hand. Bad bad bad service OMG.

The food is decent, but make sure you don’t order within 2 hours of closing if you want your order on time. Apparently they tend to shut off the equipment really early.
