Domino's Pizza - Friendswood

OK! So it's Lent and a meatless Friday! I ordered a pan pizza with mushrooms and black olives today (Friday). Much to my dismay, I inadvertently ate a piece of chicken that was on my pizza that I didn't realize was chicken until too late. I knew immediately by the texture. This is not my first rodeo with these people. The ONLY reason I continue to place orders with them is because there are coupons offered!

Had to wait for 15 minutes on phone and when guy came to take an order he was so rude and seems like he didn’t want to take order. They think they are the only pizza place in city.

I don’t blame the works but it’s understaffed here and the workers themselves aren’t actually moving in terms of making the pizza and say that the pizza is ready in the app when in reality it’s barely being made don’t go here if your in a rush because you’ll be waiting 40 minutes just for 2 pizzas

Their hand toss is now a thin crust. If I didn't like thin crust I would have been very upset. Taste wise, it was just fine.They did not offer the carry out special so I was a little bummed after learning about it after already purchasing and eating the pizza. Not the best experience so I would probably go to another location.

Amazing manager. Very compassionate and understanding when handling the complicated ordering situation. Pizza was amazing of course. But what made it better was the extra time and attention the manager had for us and the ordeal we dealt with. Thank you!
