Sushi 'n ' Pop Incorporated - Fresno

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere and service were excellent. I ordered the Shadow Bridge roll, which featured shrimp tempura, avocado, crab, and cucumber on the inside, topped with albacore, spicy garlic sauce, fried onions, and eel sauce. It was absolutely delicious!

The sashimi salad is a fantastic deal! You get such a generous portion of fish for the price. I've only ordered takeout, and the process was smooth—my food was ready when I arrived. I did have a minor issue: some rolls don’t mention that they contain imitation crab. Since I’m not a big fan of it, I would have chosen differently if I had known. Nonetheless, the rolls I did order were still very delicious.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and since my dad had recommended it, I was excited to try it out. When we arrived, there were only two tables occupied, yet we were still made to wait to be seated. Most of the tables were left messy, but we were eventually placed at a very large table meant for two. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired. It happened to be a family member's birthday, so everyone was gathered around a cake that the mother had brought, which drew their attention away from the customers. The waitress checked on us occasionally and brought out our food, but she wasn't very attentive overall. I appreciate a family-friendly atmosphere, but service should always take priority. On the positive side, the food was quite good, and I'll definitely add this place to my list of favorite sushi spots.

I 'm so disappointed. People door dash clearly because they don 't have access to one of three of their vehicles or for many other reasons. They don 't care at all about their customers. They didn 't send the largest roll of my order. No silverware. No flavor in the California roll. No soy sauce. No napkins. Terrible. I will NEVER purchase from here again. And when I called it was like oh you 'll have work it out with door dash wow!

I'm still impressed. Even after not eating here for a few months, the food is still the same. Consistency is key. The quality is still great. The fish is fresh. I still highly recommend. And the give the fattest pieces of fish. And the biggest rolls. They definitely don't skimp. Quality and quantity.
