Starbucks - Fresno

I dined at this restaurant every morning for a week during my recent trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was outstanding; they were friendly and remarkably fast with my orders, even at the early hours. The coffee was delightful, with a taste similar to Starbucks, which I truly enjoyed!

I can confidently say that I won't be returning to this restaurant. The wait times are frustratingly long, often taking anywhere from 5 to over 45 minutes. I've frequently received the wrong drinks, and even when I do get the right ones, they're not very good. The staff tends to be slow, and I've lost count of how many times items have been missing from my orders. All in all, my experience has been disappointing, marked by poor service and long waits.

This Starbucks features a generous outdoor seating area and a welcoming staff. They provide an excellent variety of food options in addition to their coffee. The cold brew I tried was exceptionally smooth and tasty!

I didn't manage to get my coupon scanned, but that's perfectly alright. The service was excellent! My order was prepared swiftly and exactly as I requested. There’s usually a line, but regardless of its length, it’s always worth the wait. The staff is friendly and only decline special requests when they truly don’t have the item available. Additionally, they maintain the drive-thru area clean and organized. Thank you, team!

I had never been to this specific Starbucks before, but one of the baristas at the register really caught my attention with her remarkable kindness and uplifting energy. She truly made my day brighter! You all are doing a fantastic job. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Starbucks.
