Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Probably the worst Red Robin I've been to. Our server was great but she had zero help from all the employees standing around. She had to handle all those tables alone and literally 4 employees were standing around talking to each other.The food was the worst of the Red Robins I've ever had and it was dirty and sticky in the restaurant.

Seated promptly and the server was friendly but no such thing as bottomless fries apparently. A manager walking around stopped and stated she was just asking how our food was, not inclined to get more servings of fries.

We brought our son for his 10th birthday dinner and let our server know our special occasion when she came to get our drink order. I decided to order appetizers instead of a full entree meal and I requested it to be brought out with the other dinner items. While the waitress was awesome with drink refills unfortunately, my food was lukewarm at best when it came out. They also did not sing to my son for his birthday. He was highly disappointed because he was excited for his ice cream treat and birthday song. This isn’t the first time we’ve been displeased with this location and we won’t be returning.

So me and my fiancé came in the 13th Wednesday for Dinner around 3:15pm we were celebrating Valentine’s Day a little earlier. We were immediately greeted and sat at a table and our waiter was awesome. He was consistent. He came around when we needed him. Food was on time. He was super friendly. His vibe was very friendly. He was a very tall gentleman. Wish we would have gotten his name. Before our food came my fiancé and i decided to pull out some money and hand him a tip. He was just amazing that day. Nothing says good food and a great waiter with an awesome vibe.
