Panera Bread - Fresno

I paid $13.00 for the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. The chef's signature chicken sandwich caught my eye with its name and picture, but it turned out to be small, dry, and tasteless. I used to enjoy getting breakfast or lunch sandwiches from this place occasionally, but now like most places, they are overpriced and don't seem to care about getting orders right.

I visited the restaurant on Veteran's Day and witnessed a touching moment. A Veteran asked about breakfast and was told they do not offer free food or discounts. However, a manager overheard and kindly offered the Veteran a pastry and drink. I decided to buy the Veteran a breakfast sandwich to go with it. I believe the restaurant should consider offering a free meal to veterans on Veteran's Day in the future.

I love dining at this restaurant. The food is always freshly made with the finest ingredients. The "Pick Two" option is a great value for a satisfying meal, with a choice of soup and sandwich. I have tried several items on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. I am also a member of the Sip Club, which offers unlimited fountain drinks, coffee, tea, and charged lemonades for just $10 a month. It's a fantastic deal!

Loved the customer service in the drive thru, but there is something deeply wrong with the cinnamon bagel I received. It tasted like someone put the cinnamon crunch topping on an everything bagel. Distinct notes of garlic and onion. Truly, this bagel was aone star experience that only got worse with each bite. No idea what happened there but not sure I can ever eat one again.

Best customer service. The drive thru messed up my order and I had to go in to fix it. They person helping me was quick to fix it and gave me. A complimentary pastry and two cookies fory kids. That's how you handle it. Glad some people understand customer service and making sure their customer is happy.
