Mochuelo - Fresno

I might be biased since I was looking to eat a meal, but instead walked into this Tapas restaurant. The food was very good, pork belly was cooked well, patatas had great texture and flavor from the chorizo cheese sauce, the fondue was great but the bread was on the stale side, the steak with chimichurri lacked a bit of seasoning but cooked very well. I was satisfied with the quality, but it is pricey and would come here to snack on some plates. I wouldn't come here to get a lunch or dinner but rather to bring friends or loved ones for some quality dishes to try. Enjoyed my visit.

I mean, in Fresno? This place is a gem! Such good food and drinks. Bravo to Mochuelo for bringing their deliciousness to Fresno. This is easily top 5 best and most unique establishments in this otherwise unadventurous town. Great food, even better drinks. Bring your significant other here for a special date, or to just experience something special in Fresyes.

Can’t believe the place I stayed at also had this amazing restaurant.The Moroccan tacos are excellent and so are the empanadas. I am pleased with how they pair everything.For example the churros have a Berry compote that is out of this world.My waitress Amber was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back here to share these treats and eats with my loved ones.

The atmosphere is wonderful, however service is lacking. I was there for a couple cocktails and they weren't very busy, however it took forever to get served.Service: 2/5
